This season he has taken over the fortunes of the B team and has now signed until June 2025. “I have been working towards this moment for years. I am proud and confident that I am ready to take on a leadership role in my club. was to be the head coach of PSV. The appointment of Marcel Brands as PSV general manager and the conversation I had with him gave me the final boost to take this step with conviction. PSV is taking a new direction this summer and “I want to be part of it. Conversations with the entire board and supervisory board reinforced my image of unity and ambition to achieve something special with PSV in the long term. I am ready to lead the club as head coach.” clarified the former striker who spent, in addition to PSV, for Manchester United or Real Madrid, as a footballer.
