A target in Sporting’s polls last year, Francisco Trincao was once again linked with the lions but the winger’s future is all but set and hinges on his spell at Wolverhampton, with Adama Traore remaining at Barcelona.
“It’s an option to consider. We are delighted with Adama. Trincao is a great player but he hasn’t come for a long time. The exchange is well thought out,” Barcelona president Joan Laporta confirmed to RAC1 radio.
The 22-year-old winger has scored two goals in 24 games for Wolves this season.
