Before two days off, in the last break until the end of the season, there was a training match yesterday in Seixal against the B team to close the working week. More important for coach Nélson Veríssimo than the 4-0 in the final result were the goals from Roman Yaremchuk and Haris Seferovic.
In the case of Seferovic, the Swiss international only took 15 minutes on the pitch, with the technical staff no longer risking time. Seferovic has been out of the squad for two months due to a muscle injury. The integration of the attacker will be gradual, but the goal scored served to boost the level of confidence. The main objective is that there are no relapses, in a season already marked by three stoppages due to injury, the last extended.
Seferovic is available to be an option against SC Braga, as is Yaremchuk. The postponement of Scotland-Ukraine, from the play-off to the 2022 World Cup, left the striker in Seixal. Yaremchuk has the prospect of playing for Braga, either as a starter or as a substitute, as Darwin Núñez will arrive in Portugal shortly after the game.
