New Mythical Pokémon are coming to Pokémon Brilliand Diamond and Shining Pearl: Darkrai and Arceus.
Both of these creatures will then be available with the new software update (coming today), with both having a very specific capture method.
To capture Arceus, and in accordance with the pokemon official page“you will need to have a Pokémon Legends: Arceus save file on your Nintendo Switch with all main quests completed. You will also need to enter the Hall of Fame and obtain the National Pokédex in Pokémon Shining Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl . are met, return to your room in Pokémon Shining Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl, where you can obtain the Azure Flute item. Then, head to the Pillar of the Spear atop Mount Coronet, and Arceus will reveal himself.”

In turn, to capture Darkrai, you must first obtain the Membership Card item – available between new moons – through the Mystery Gift feature of Pokémon Shining Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl. Again, you’ll also need to enter the Sinnoh Region Hall of Fame and get the National Pokédex. After that, go to Newmoon Island, where Darkrai is.
As you can see, the methods aren’t exactly complicated and there’s always one more reason to go back to Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
