Now, with an improvement in the epidemiological scenario of Belo Horizonte, the government of the city ​​informed that the health centers would resume work at normal hours, with a staggering.

Only two units continue to operate on an expanded basis, the Jardim Europa Health Center, with a weekday service from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and weekends and public holidays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the Santa Terezinha, which is open 24 hours a day.

Also according to the town hall, 58,862 patients with mild respiratory symptoms were taken care of in health posts with extended opening hours until the 22nd. The Municipal Health Directorate informs that “strategies can be immediately reactivated, if necessary “.

In Belo Horizonte, since the start of the pandemic, there have been 338,923 confirmed cases of Covid-19, and 7,407 deaths. 3,647 infected people are still being monitored. Regarding hospitalizations, in the capital, 54.3% of COVID-19 intensive care beds are occupied, and 41.1% are in service. The RT rate, which indicates the potential for transmission per infected person, is 0.75, by which time the number of cases is expected to decline.
